Michelle Marbury

DIRECTOR

M. Michelle Marbury, has over 20 years experience overseeing large childcare centers, after school programs, and understands the day-to-day operations that ensure success for her programs. Michelle has one of the lowest staff turnover rates and has become an influential leader in the center, ensuring children receive high quality early learning experiences.

She has extensive experience in curriculum development and as a English/Spanish bilingual speaker, she often serves as a liaison for parents, staff, and church administrators and members at Northwood Presbyterian Church and in her community.

In addition Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge to the center since she has worked with large publishing companies like Teaching Strategies, as an instructor, and as a CDA trainer and advisor.  Michelle brings not only her expertise in the childcare field but also an innate love of learning that inspires her staff to allow all children in her before and after care programs to achieve their greatest potential while having fun.
